The highly sensitive PJ HLD 700 automatic works on the basis of the hydrogen method and can thus spot even the smallest leaks or material weaknesses. It detects the diffusion of Hâ‚‚ molecules across the metal and hence spots any material fatigue at an early stage prior to any leakages occurring. Microbiological contamination of your products due to micro-cracks in the plates or tubes of the heat exchanger can thus be prevented. The purity of your products is safeguarded.

Even outward leaks, such as those caused by brittle or poorly installed gaskets, can be detected and proven with the PJ HLD 700 automatic.

Fully automatic control

The fully automatic control of the new system excludes any improper handling of the device and thus prevents a variety of malfunction sources, which makes the work of the person doing the testing much more accurate.
